George

Sam is an only child. He longs for a pet or a sibling because he feels very lonely. His father is at work and his mother is busy in the kitchen. He usually stays in the living room, watching TV and reading books.

So one day the decision was made and his father and mother decided not to buy any kind of pet for Sam. They thought it will disturb them because of its growling and whining behaviour all the time. “Mom! We could keep it in the backyard and train it!” said Sam.  But his parents still didn’t agree.

After a week or so, he heard something crying in his backyard so he went back to check it out and saw a pony trying to escape from the fence. He ran up to the pony and picked it up. He was going to put it over the fence but something changed his mind. He thought of keeping it secretly without his parent’s knowledge.

After 2 days, his parents saw him taking care of the pony so they thought of keeping it too. The pony is so happy it doesn’t go anywhere without him. He named his pony George.
