International Nurses Day (IND) is celebrated around the world on 12 May of each year, to mark the contributions nurses give to society.
GIS girls basketball team sweeps away titles at the 3rd Inter-school 3 x 3 Basketball Tournament!
It was a sweep for our girls during this past weekend at the 3 x 3 Basketball Tournament.
Fair Play by the Basketball Players

GIS Basketball teams played fairly at the 17th Inter-school Basketball Tournament which ended last week. Although the two teams of Under 12 age group did not win any matches, their level of performance has been improved and GIS encourages the players to use this spirit and aim for a better performance next year. The Under 14 boys’ team played fairly well in all the matches they played and had shown a good performance.
