GIS Celebrates Teachers’ Day with Heartfelt Tributes and Joyful Festivities

GIS celebrated Teachers' Day on 5th October 2025 with a series of meaningful events that reflected deep appreciation and collective pride. The morning began with a special breakfast where teachers were warmly welcomed by the School Management Team, PTA Executive Committee, and the Student Council. The principal addressed the gathering, expressing appreciation for the dedication, transformative role and impact of the teaching staff.

A special assembly led by the Student Council, commenced with the recitation of Quran by Ms. Zunaira and the translation was read by Ms. Juwairya. Expressional speeches by Ms. Shaliya and Mr. Gabin added depth and emotion to the occasion, honouring the pivotal role of teachers. Students presented tokens of gratitude, and the school choir delivered a moving song that resonated with all.

From the third period onward, regular classes resumed, but the spirit of celebration continued. During lunch, students and teachers came together for lively class parties, sharing laughter, treats, and memories. It was a truly fun-filled day that reflected the deep respect and affection the GIS community holds for its teachers.
