Gift a Smile Programme
GIS students & staff donated food items worth MVR 137,025 to families in need under the Gift a Smile programme in collaboration with Mahaldheeb Foundation. 473 students contributed in preparing 118 gift packs. This year we also donated food items to Mission for Migrant Workers Maldives. We thank the students, parents and staff members who contributed to this worthy cause.
Preparing for Ramazan "community service"
As our second whole school community service activity under the theme 'Preparing for Ramazan' our students cleaned mosques, cleaned their homes, their neighbourhood and beaches. Students also donated gift packs to help people enjoy the month of Ramazan. Thank you, students and parents, for the wonderful work!
